Cancellation Policy
We value your time and want to provide the best service possible. To ensure every client receives their scheduled treatment on time, we have established the following late policy. You are allowed a 5 minute grace period, after that 5 minutes you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in cancellation fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Three no call no show will result in you being blocked from booking services.
