Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy At 9TwentyNine Waxing Co., we value your time and strive to provide every client with the best experience possible. To ensure appointments run smoothly and on schedule, the following policies are in place: Late Arrivals Clients are allowed a 5-minute grace period. If you are going to be running behind PLEASE communicate that with me! If you arrive more than 5 minutes late and you have not communicated with me, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other scheduled services. Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service amount. No-Call, No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service amount. Clients who accumulate three (3) no-call, no-shows will be permanently blocked from booking future appointments. Package Holders Clients who purchase service packages are still subject to all late, cancellation, and no-show policies. In the event of a no-call, no-show, the scheduled service will be deducted from your package and will not be credited back or reinstated. Package services forfeited due to a no-call, no-show are considered redeemed and cannot be recovered. No refunds on package purchases.
